Files must be in a vector format such as EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG files.
JPEG files will not be accepted
If your print has a white or any color background, that is the way we will print.
- WE WILL NOT REMOVE BACKGROUNDS OR EDIT ARTWORK
Please note:
This is a Print/Cut Design. This means, it is printed and cut but will still need to be weeded (remove excess vinyl around design) and then a mask/carrier sheet applied.
- Please allow 2-5 business days for processing.
- We will not be held liable for poor resolution. The way you send, is the way it will print.
- Custom orders are final and there will be no REFUNDS

Designs are printed with an Eco-Solvent Printer, they will need to be weeded and masked (mask sold separately)
Color Disclaimer: Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capacity to display colors and has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. Please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the transfer but we strive to match as close as possible.
NOTE: Designs are printed in full color on a white opaque material. After printing, the design will be cut out around the design. Because of this process, the final product MAY have a small white border and/or small areas or details of the design may not get cut out which will result in white in those areas. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Pressing Instructions:
Pre-press garment
Cover design with Kraft paper or non-stick cover; required for each press
Hot peel and re-press for an additional 3-5 seconds
